EvoQuant is a personal website showcasing its owner's trading track record. For any matter related to your personal data you can write to contact@evoquant.io.
2. What data we collect
The only place this site collects personal data is the contact form: name, email address and, optionally, a message. There is no user registration, no payments are processed on this site and no financial data is collected.
3. What we use it for
Exclusively to reply to your enquiry about the strategies. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. We do not use your data for mass marketing, nor do we sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Who processes the data
Form messages are delivered via Resend (transactional email provider) and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both act as data processors under their own data-protection safeguards. Site analytics are aggregated and anonymous, with no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Cookies
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. A technical cookie may be used to remember your language preference.
6. Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any relationship arising from it. You can request their deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data (GDPR). To exercise them, write to contact@evoquant.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
8. Investing through Darwinex
If you decide to invest in any strategy, the contractual relationship and the processing of your data happen directly with Darwinex (Tradeslide Trading Tech Limited), under its own privacy policy. This site does not receive or store any data about your investment accounts.
